Strategic Sourcing International Delivery Standards

  • It is our goal to ship product as soon as possible, in most cases within 24 hours of order
  • If shipment is subject to delay for “out of stock”, the customer will be notified via email
  • Once the product ships, the customer will be notified via email, including the mode of transportation, and a tracking number, if possible
  • The mode of shipment and transportation vendor will be selected as the sole discretion of Strategic Sourcing International, and will be the vendor we consider best suited to meet our organization’s delivery standards
  • Any product being returned for refund by a customer, must have a returned goods authorization number, be in unused saleable condition, and be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Freight costs for returned items will be borne by the customer. Returned goods authorization numbers are available by contacting us via the email and phone contact numbers listed on the website
